Gentests werden zur Best\u00e4tigung der Diagnose empfohlen.<\/p>\n<p>Sobald die Diagnose best\u00e4tigt wurde, wird CTX \u00fcblicherweise mit einer Gallens\u00e4ure-Ersatztherapie behandelt.
